By registering your child with Eastbourne Neptunes via Class for Kids, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Membership
- All players must be registered via our Class for Kids system before attending any sessions.
- Accurate personal, medical, and emergency contact information must be provided and kept up to date.
- Membership and session access may be suspended if information is incomplete or outdated.
2. Attendance and Participation
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time and is collected promptly at the end of the session.
- If your child cannot attend a session, please notify us in advance via email or the contact feature in Class for Kids.
- Regular attendance is encouraged to support player development and team progression.
3. Payments and Fees
- All session fees must be paid in advance through Class for Kids.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by the club or under exceptional circumstances (at the club’s discretion).
- Membership subscriptions will not be cancelled unless we are directly contacted by the account holder.
4. Session Cancellations
- Sessions may occasionally be cancelled due to venue issues, coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide notice as early as possible.
- Where sessions are cancelled by Eastbourne Neptunes, credits or reschedules will be offered where possible.
5. Behaviour and Code of Conduct
- Players are expected to show respect, effort, and sportsmanship at all times.
- Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive environment and refrain from disruptive behaviour.
- Eastbourne Neptunes reserves the right to suspend or remove a player if their conduct is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or damaging to the club environment.
6. Health, Safety & Welfare
- Parents must inform the club of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or support needs.
- Our coaches and staff operate in line with safeguarding policies to ensure the wellbeing of all participants.
- First aid may be administered in the event of injury, and emergency services will be contacted if required.
7. Photography and Media
- During sessions and events, the club may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes (e.g. social media or website).
- If you do not wish your child to be included in any media, you must notify us in writing.
8. Data Protection
- All personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection legislation.
By completing your registration, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- You agree to abide by the policies outlined above
- You acknowledge the responsibilities of both parent/guardian and player within the club environment
